According to a report from Bild, the New York Red Bulls are “very interested” in free agent attacker Daniel-Kofi Kyereh. The Ghanaian striker recently played for SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the 2. Bundesliga, but was released following the club’s relegation. He had seven goals and seven assists in 29 total appearances last season.
FC St. Pauli is currently leading the race for his signature. The 24-year-old spent his youth career with Eintracht Braunschweig and VfL Wolfsburg and made his professional debut with TSV Havelse. He joined Wiesbaden in 2018 and was instrumental in the club earning promotion to the 2. Bundesliga.
