The past two years have seen a grad transfer from the Michigan basketball team catch on with a Big Ten team. Two years ago, Max Bielfeldt finished his career with Indiana, and last season Spike Albrecht played his final year with Purdue this past season. Now, their former teammate appears to be following their footsteps. According to Jeff Goodman of ESPN, former U-M guard Andrew Dakich will be transferring to Ohio State to play under new coach Chris Holtmann. Because Dakich graduated from Michigan, he does not have to sit out a year and will be eligible to play for the Buckeyes immediately.
