The Jacksonville Jaguars have told wide receiver Allen Robinson that they won't be using the franchise or transition tag on him, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports. As a result, he will hit the open market on March 12 unless a long-term deal can be reached. Allen missed nearly all of the 2017 season due to an ACL tear in Week 1, but is still viewed as one of the top available free agents and is two seasons removed from a 1,400-yard, 14-touchdown campaign.
