The Atlanta Hawks are nearing a buyout agreement with veteran power forward Ersan Ilyasova, according to Sam Amick of USA TODAY Sports. Ilyasova is one of seven players on the Hawks roster scoring in double figures this season, as he’s averaging 10.9 per game to go along with 5.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists. The 2017-18 season is the second go-round with the Hawks for Ilyasova. He joined the team roughly one year ago, as he was traded by the Philadelphia 76ers. He re-signed with the team over the summer. Ilyasova, a native of Turkey, originally joined the league as a second-round pick of the Milwaukee Bucks back in 2005. He spent seven seasons with the team and played in at least 55 games in each campaign.
