Greg Schiano met with Rutgers this week to discuss the possibility of returning as the school’s head football coach, but negotiations may be at a bit of an impasse.

Schiano met on Tuesday with Rutgers athletic director Patrick Hobbs and one of the program’s top boosters, but no agreement was reached. According to a report from NJ Advance Media, one person familiar with the discussions said Schiano is making some “significant” demands in talks with the university.

It’s unclear exactly what those demands are, but the report goes on to state that Schiano likely wants Rutgers to make improvements to its football facilities, including an indoor practice facility like the ones many other Big Ten schools have.
