Houston Texans star Arian Foster has initiated a countersuit against a pregnant college student he claims has launched a "calculated scheme" to extort money from the running back, TMZ reported Tuesday. The three-time Pro Bowl star reportedly filed a lawsuit in Texas claiming he has clear evidence, including text messages and a legal phone recording, that proves Brittany Norwood, 20, lied by accusing Foster and his brother of harassing her into aborting her pregnancy. According to TMZ, Foster's lawsuit argues that "Norwood has engaged in a campaign to impugn the character and reputation of [Arian] with the intent to extort monies from him." The suit further is pursuing unspecified damages, in addition for Norwood to pay his legal costs.
