The Philadelphia Eagles hold all the leverage in a potential Nick Foles trade, but are they actually inclined to trade him? Philadelphia may be just gauging offers on its prized No. 2 quarterback and hoping some team gives them a ridiculous offer for the Super Bowl MVP. ESPN's Chris Mortensen told 97.5 The Fanatic the Eagles "weren't really interested" in trading Foles after talking to one of the teams that were interested in acquiring Foles. One AFC team did offer the Eagles a second-round pick for Foles. "You have an idea of the type of person Nick Foles is," Mortensen said. "I don't think that he will send in his agent and demand to be traded or he won't show up. He really likes the Eagles and he really likes Carson Wentz. "If you are the defending Super Bowl champions, and you have the players to repeat, and Carson Wentz misses the first 4 games and maybe gets hurt again, I don't think it would have been worth trading Nick Foles. That's risky business."
