Arsenal are reportedly unlikely to sign Norwich City right-back Max Aarons due to the financial restraints of the current suspension of football – and that may hand Tottenham Hotspur the chance to sign the English ace.
Goal claim that Arsenal are likely to opt against signing 20-year-old Aarons with the right-back expected to cost too much. SoccerLink claim both Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in signing the England Under-21 international.
The Daily Mail have claimed that Aarons is expected to cost around £30million, and could even cost that figure if Norwich get relegated. Other clubs have been loosely linked, including French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
