According to Huskers Illustrated, a 247Sports affiliate, former Washington receiver Damore’ea Stringfellow has signed the necessary paperwork to make official his transfer to Nebraska. Washington announced earlier this month that Stringfellow would transfer. He was suspended by UW coach Chris Petersen in early February while being investigated for assault. Stringfellow eventually pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of malicious mischief. He was sentenced to five days on a work crew, and was ordered to either pay $693 in fines or serve 70 hours of community service.
