The Dallas Cowboys have decided to part ways with quarterbacks coach Wade Wilson and secondary coach Joe Baker, according to Mac Engel of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Wilson was in his second stint with the Cowboys since 2007, when he was hired by then-head coach Wade Phillips. When Phillips was fired in favor of Jason Garrett in 2010, Garrett decided to keep Wilson on the staff. He originally served as the Cowboys’ quarterbacks coach from 2000 through 2002. In between terms with the Cowboys, Wilson spent three years as the quarterbacks coach for the Chicago Bears from 2004 through 2006.
