The 49ers aren’t done adding players from nearby Tight End U.

Less than a month after selecting Stanford’s Kaden Smith in the sixth round of the NFL draft, the 49ers are expected to sign ex-Cardinal Levine Toilolo on Wednesday, the NFL Network reported.

Toilolo, 27, is a six-year veteran with 95 career receptions who is one of seven Stanford tight ends who have been drafted since 2010. Last year, Toilolo had 21 catches for 263 yards and one touchdown in his first season with the Lions after spending his first five seasons with the Falcons.

Toilolo, a 2013 fourth-round pick, had a career-best 31 catches with the Falcons in 2014.
