Defenseman Tyler Myers has cashed in his get-out-of-NHL-jail card and is free to return to the lineup tonight against Montreal. The Sabres went 1-0-2, collecting four of six points, during Myers' three-game suspension for his hit from behind last week on Montreal forward Scott Gomez and Myers is relieved the defense held up in his absence. "[Monday's 7-3 win at Tampa Bay] I thought was one of our best efforts of the year," Myers said Tuesday after taking a brief skate in First Niagara Center. "I think the score showed that and with nine games left we have to keep that going. "It's always good to see the guys do well when you're not playing. As hard as it is to watch, it's good to see we got points."
