Cincinnati Reds pitcher Mike Leake is scheduled to enter a plea to a charge of shoplifting at a hearing at the Hamilton County Justice Center on Tuesday afternoon. Leake was arrested at a Downtown department store Monday afternoon, accused of trying to steal six shirts with a total value of $59.88. When Leake was booked into the jail following his arrest at Macy's at 2 p.m. Monday, deputies processing him found $250 in cash on him. Leake also had two Visa cards and a MasterCard with him according to paperwork issued by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. The theft charge is a misdemeanor, carrying a maximum jail term of 180 days.
