Real Madrid are preparing to follow up their £86million world record signing of Gareth Bale by making a £45m swoop for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez. Sources in the Spanish capital have revealed that Real are ready to offload some of their key men in order to fund the move for the Uruguay international who has a £40m release clause in his contract. Suarez has been pushing for a move from Anfield all summer but recently appeared to sort out his grievances and seemed happy to stay on Merseyside. However the 26-year-old South American and his representatives will have been put on red alert by suggestions from the Spanish capital that Real are renewing their earlier interest in him.
