The Tampa Bay Rays continued their fire sale on Tuesday, sending outfielder Steven Souza Jr. to the Arizona Diamondbacks. At least one of their players is unhappy about it. Brent Honeywell — MLB.com’s 12th ranked prospect who will likely debut in 2018 — seemed a bit perplexed about the most-recent trade. Honeywell is not alone in his frustration. Even prior to the Souza trade, Tampa outfielder Kevin Kiermaier expressed frustration with the team’s decision to designate Corey Dickerson for assignment. Pitcher Jake Odorizzi was also recently traded, while longtime third baseman Evan Longoria was dealt earlier in the offseason.
