The Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday ruled out running back Terrance West (calf) and tight end Maxx Williams (ankle) for Thursday night’s game against the Miami Dolphins. A trio of wide receivers — Jeremy Maclin, Breshad Perriman and Mike Wallace — are all questionable. West has been out with the calf injury tracing back to Week 5 against the Oakland Raiders, when he suffered the setback on the first drive of the game. The 26-year-old Towson product is in the midst of his third year with the Ravens after having a career year in 2016, rushing for 774 yards on 193 carries and scoring five touchdowns on the ground. Williams was drafted in the second round of the 2015 draft and missed the vast majority of last season with a knee injury. He suffered the current injury during the Week 6 game against the Chicago Bears.
