Ravens QB Joe Flacco told reporters on Wednesday that he’s officially cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and will suit for the team’s Week 9 game. Flacco took a scary hit from Dolphins LB Kiko Alonso last week that left him concussed and forced him to leave the game. According to Flacco, this is the first concussion of his career. This summer, Flacco was sidelined with a back injury, but he hasn’t had any reoccurring issues with it since then.
