With the Ravens run game faltering, run-game coordinator Juan Castillo has become a divisive figure in the locker room, according to multiple sources, with players meeting amongst themselves privately about their displeasure with him, and placing part of the blame for their woes on him. Baltimore's offensive line has been suspect at best, star running back Ray Rice appears to be hampered by injuries and is not himself, and there are ample excuses to go around as to why the team has been literally unable to run the ball all season. Also, they have repeatedly struggled to churn out three-and-four-yard carries. But within the locker room, many believe Castillo, who has altered the scheme some and struggled to connect with players, is also at fault.
