Jason Arnott has had some good times in and around New York City, and now he is on his way back. The former Devils' star signed a one-year deal with the Rangers on Saturday for a pro-rated $1.6 million pending a physical today, a league source confirmed. Now 38 years old, Arnott played last season with the Blues and had 17 goals and 34 points in 72 games. It's possible he will be ready to play against the Flyers on Tuesday. "I have no comment on that," coach John Tortorella said before Saturday night's Garden match against the Leafs. "Nothing has been done yet. We've had discussions on a number of different players so I don't have comment on that."
