Zach Randolph changed his pre-game routine and now lifts weights before each game. Tuesday night, the veteran power forward stepped onto the FedExForum floor and bench pressed a Grizzlies victory. Randolph did all the heavy lifting during the Grizzlies' 108-98 overtime victory over the Phoenix Suns, amassing season highs with 38 points and 22 rebounds before a crowd of 14,481. "It gives me a little hop, a little bounce," Randolph said about his new regime. "It's good. I'm going to keep doing it." Center Marc Gasol summed up Randolph's heroic performance the best. The Griz trailed most of the game, struggling under the weight of a 16-point deficit in the first half, before jumping on Randolph's back to win their fifth straight at home.
