Defensive tackle Justin Ellis and cornerback Keith McGill were drafted in the same round, which make it fitting that they signed with the Raiders on the same day. Oakland announced that Ellis and McGill, both of whom were fourth-round picks last month, have agreed to four-year deals with the team. With Ellis and McGill under contract, the Raiders have signed seven of the eight players they drafted. Ellis is a big-bodied run stuffer who returned from an injury plagued 2012 to start every game on the nose for Louisiana Tech last season. He should fit right into a reserve role behind Pat Sims and Antonio Smith with a good chance of seeing time as the Raiders try to thwart the run on early downs.
