The Raiders and free safety Charles Woodson agreed to terms on a one-year contract. A league source confirmed a report by ESPN’s Josina Anderson on Wednesday night. Woodson prolonged his second stint with the team another year, something he hoped to do for some time. The 37-year old said during last season that he hoped to return in 2014, though Woodson said recently that he’d retire if terms weren’t considered fair. Contract structure was at issue a few weeks back. Woodson was hoping for more salary and less of an incentive-based contract. The Raiders preferred a deal similar to last season, when he made $1.5 million of the $3.3 million earned last season through playing-time incentives.
