Everton striker Cenk Tosun is not thinking about a return to Besiktas, but that situation could change if the Blues sign another striker.
That’s according to his father, who has responded to comments from Besiktas president Ahmet Nur Çebi that they would like to re-sign the forward.
Tosun is something of a legend at the club after scoring 64 goals in 142 games before a £20.25m move to Everton in January 2018, and Çebi has made it clear he wants to bring him back.
Any return would be heavily dependent on Tosun accepting the move, something his father says isn’t in his thinking at this moment in time.
"We always know of Besiktas’s interest,” he told Kartal Yigit on Assist Analysis.
“We know that if we go back to Turkey, there is a possibility of playing there. We thank the president for this interest.
“However, at the moment, Cenk does not think about leaving. He has a very good relationship with his coach, Ancelotti.
