Brackets for the 2017 PK80 Invitational college basketball tournaments were announced Wednesday with plenty of intriguing possibilities set in place. The event, which will honor Nike co-founder Phil Knight for his upcoming 80th birthday, is a two-tournament spectacle that will take place in Portland, Ore. Headlining the first tournament — the Victory Bracket — defending champs North Carolina will play Portland in the first round. Other first-round games in that bracket will be Michigan State vs. Georgetown and newly appointed head coach Patrick Ewing, Connecticut vs. Oregon and Arkansas vs. Oklahoma. The second tournament — the Motion Bracket — will feature a first-round matchup between Duke and Portland State. Butler will also play against Texas, Florida will face Stanford and Gonzaga will take on Ohio State.
