Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Leroy Sane are among the Premier League players giving clubs a headache over contract extensions as a result of the transfer window getting pushed back. 

Football’s suspension for coronavirus means Fifa are set to extend deals expiring this summer but players tied up until 2021 - such as Aubameyang and Sane - face returning to action with little time to decide their futures. 

Sorting out assets with 15 months left on deals has been identified as one of the priorities for chairman when sport returns, as the value of their stars will decrease while they are not on long-term deals.
