Outfielder Ezequiel Carrera has a new home. Left-hander David Huff isn't going anywhere. Carrera was claimed on waivers by the Philadelphia Phillies. He's out of options so he'll be on the Phillies 25-man big-league roster. Huff went through waivers unclaimed and was outrighted to Class AAA Columbus. Since it was the first time he was outrighted, Huff had to accept the assignment. The Indians told Carrera and Huff on March 25 that they were not going to make the big league club. Since they were out of options, other teams had a chance to claim them once they were put on waivers.
