The Philadelphia Phillies have acquired outfield depth in the form of Jordan Qsar from the Tampa Bay Rays. We speculated that the team could pursue a trade for some outfield help prior to Opening Day. 

Here we are. 

Philadelphia gave the Rays 'cash considerations' in return for Qsar who reached the Triple-A last season. Where he excelled with Double-A Montgomery. There he slashed .234/.345/.465 with 13 home runs in 319 plate appearances.
