The Pittsburgh Penguins say captain Sidney Crosby will be sidelined indefinitely after undergoing surgery for a broken jaw he suffered on Saturday. Crosby, the leading scorer in the NHL, was struck in the face by a deflected slap shot from teammate Brooks Orpik just 1:28 into the game against the New York Islanders. The Penguins said Crosby needed "major dental work" and will have more done in the coming days.
