There’s no new news to report on the health of one of the Saints’ key secondary players. Asked Sunday whether he believed cornerback Keenan Lewis would be ready for Saturday’s divisional-round game at Seattle, coach Sean Payton declined to make a prediction. “We’ll keep you guys posted on any of our players,” Payton said on a conference call with media, according to an interview transcript from the club. Lewis, who has started every game this season, left Saturday’s win at Philadelphia with what the team called a head injury. A New Orleans native, the 27-year-old Lewis has intercepted a career-high four passes for the Saints, with whom he signed in free agency last offseason. The Saints’ first injury report of the week will be released on Wednesday.
