Chicago White Sox manager Robin Ventura said Paul Konerko looked good after being re-evaluated for concussion symptoms on Monday, and he'll begin physical activities on Tuesday. Konerko caught an elbow in the head from Jarrod Dyson as the Kansas City Royals center fielder was crossing first base on Aug. 8. Konerko was put on MLB's seven-day concussion list on Friday. "Yeah, he was checked out today, everything's looking good," Ventura told reporters in Toronto before facing the Blue Jays. "Tomorrow, he'll probably start riding a bike and doing physical stuff. "I don't know if he's going to do a whole lot of baseball stuff. But he will start to get some activity in to see how that goes, and we'll move on from there. But things are progressing."
