Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley underwent a surgical procedure on his right knee Wednesday and is out for the season. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported the initial news, then later added he will miss the rest of the season after the surgery required "a repair of a microfracture and meniscus injury to his right knee." The estimated recovery time for Beverley is nine months, per Wojnarowski. Beverley has been dealing with knee issues for much of the season but was in the lineup for Monday's 107-85 loss to the New York Knicks. The Clippers, who have lost nine straight games, have been riddled with injuries. Danilo Gallinari has missed seven games (and counting) due to a glute injury, Beverley hasn't been fully healthy for weeks and Milos Teodosic has been out since the third game with a plantar fascia injury.
