San Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. left Monday’s game against the San Francisco Giants after suffering an injury during an at-bat in the third inning. The Padres later said Tatis Jr. suffered a left shoulder subluxation and would be re-evaluated on Tuesday.

In the bottom of the third in a 1-1 game, Tatis Jr. immediately went to the ground after a hard swing and miss on a 2-2 breaking ball from Giants pitcher Anthony DeSclafani. Tatis Jr. was helped up by Padres staff members and walked off on his own, but had a hand on his left arm.
