All six Padres eligible for arbitration have agreed to contracts for the 2019 season.
Right-hander Kirby Yates will make $3.0625 million, up from last year’s $1.06 million salary. Catcher Austin Hedges and the Padres agreed to a $2.06 million salary in his first year of arbitration-eligibility, left-hander Robbie Erlin will make $1.45 million and outfielder Travis Jankowski will make $1.165 million in the first year he was eligible for arbitration.
Friday was the deadline to exchange salary figures.
Right-hander Bryan Mitchell previously agreed to a $900,000 salary for 2019 and infielder Greg Garcia and the Padres, who claimed him in November, previously settled on $910,000 payday.
