Green Bay Packers tight end Lance Kendricks has been charged with possession of THC stemming from a traffic stop in early September. The district attorney in Outagamie County filed the charge Dec. 5, according to court records. Kendricks, 29, was stopped for speeding in the early-morning hours of Sept. 2 while driving home from Wisconsin’s football game against Utah State. Though he only received a warning — he was driving 81 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone — a state trooper smelled marijuana through the passenger window during a conversation with Kendricks. A search of the vehicle produced a small, round Louis Vitton toiletry-type bag containing some marijuana, two packs of rolling papers and a metal grinder, according to the incident report.
