The Green Bay Packers had a great draft, putting them back in contention at the top of the NFC. Aaron Rodgers’ return gives them a huge boost, helping offset the loss of Davante Adams—especially considering Green Bay used the picks acquired in that trade to fill multiple holes across the roster.
The Packers selected two defensive players in the first round, bolstering their defense. The next four picks came on the other side of the ball. Rodgers is the back-to-back MVP in the league and will be looking to make it to the second Super Bowl of his career.
Green Bay’s defense is primed to be one of the best in the league, which will help Rodgers and the offense play well.
With that said, here is the Packers’ sleeper rookie to make an impact for the 2022 NFL season.
Wide receiver Romeo Doubs
While second-rounder Christian Watson will likely be Green Bay’s top rookie receiver, don’t overlook fellow rookie Romeo Doubs, an early fourth-round pick. Doubs was a great wideout at Nevada due to his size and speed. Last season, he finished with 80 receptions for 1,109 yards and 11 touchdowns.
