The Oregon Ducks are known for being an innovative, forward-thinking athletic department. This is especially true when it comes to their uniforms and facilities, largely thanks to the backing of Nike founder Phil Knight, who has made his alma mater the company’s flagship school. Oregon is so out far in front of the competition that they even have outpaced everyone when it comes to sideline toilets.
During the Ducks’ 56-24 win against the USC Trojans in Los Angeles on Saturday, USC graduate Jimmy Mack on Twitter noticed that Oregon had an impressive popup porta potty toilet on the sideline. The collapsible unit raises up when stepped on to provide cover for someone wishing to utilize it. Here is a video of the toilet in action.
