Left wing Mike Cammalleri said he will be back in the Devils' lineup tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes after missing the last four games with a groin pull. “I’m going to play,” Cammalleri said. “As long as they’ll have me I’ll play.” The Devils need Cammalleri to play not only because he still leads the team in goals with 11 in 23 games, but because they are probably going to be short one forward tonight due to injury and illness. Right now, it appears the Devils will go with seven defensemen. They might have to because they only have 11 healthy forwards on the roster right now with Patrik Elias and Martin Havlat still awaiting the results of the tests to determine if they have the mumps and unavailable to play tonight while in isolation.
