The Norwegian is under increasing pressure ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Liverpool and the Red Devils could find themselves in the relegation zone if results go against them over the weekend.

Solskjaer’s arrival injected positivity into a despondent United squad last December but results faded badly after the club appointed the 46-year-old on a permanent basis.
