Ohio State added its second commitment in the Class of 2023 on Thursday in in-state four-star offensive linemen Joshua Padilla. The product of Wayne High School near Dayton chose the Buckeyes over offers from Notre Dame, Michigan, Penn State and others.
Padilla is the No. 184 overall player in the country, the No. 9 interior offensive linemen and the No. 4 player in Ohio, per the 247Sports Composite. He joins four-star tight end Ty Lockwood — the No. 8 tight end hailing from Tennessee — in what’s now a two-man 2023 class for Ohio State.
