The Cleveland Indians have selected Georgia High School outfielder Clint Frazier with the No. 5 pick in the 2013 MLB Amateur Draft. Frazier, a high-ceilinged outfielder from a Georgia high school, has been in a heated race with rival Georgia high school outfielder Austin Meadows for the title of "top prep outfielder," but it appears as though Frazier has pulled ahead for most of the industry. With Frazier's smallish 6-foot-1, 190-pound frame, many are concerned about his ability to put on much more weight without sacrificing athleticism. If he has to move to a corner, his bat will have to carry him -- and it may well be good enough to do it. Known for his fiery-red hair, Frazier has impressed scouts with excellent bat speed and his ability to barrel balls up; earlier this spring, he hit a ball that may have traveled upwards of 500 feet.
