Joakim Noah and Marco Belinelli participated in portions of Tuesday's practice at the Berto Center, and Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau called them game-time decisions for Wednesday's showdown against the Miami Heat. Noah has missed the last two games with a recurrence of plantar fasciitis in his right foot. Belinelli succumbed to an abdominal strain that has been bothering him for awhile before Sunday's victory in Minnesota. The Heat come to town with a 27-game win streak, the second longest in professional sports league history. The 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers won 33 games in a row. "They’re having an unbelievable season," coach Tom Thibodeau said. "It says a lot about their character, to be the defending champion and come back like this. Everyone is chasing them. They added quality shooting, so they can spread you out.
