Although the NFL may be working toward a solution to play out the 2020 season amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there are still some glaring issues that they must work out with the NFL Player’s Association before training camp begins at the end of the month.

The NFL has already made some significant changes this time around by cutting the preseason in half while teams reduce fan capacity significantly at their stadiums. According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, both sides are still split on having a preseason and players are hoping the league will have established viable health guidelines to follow:

-Almost everything is done and agreed to except for number of preseason games and testing protocols.
