The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to begin self-evaluation of their roster at the conclusion of the 2013 Senior Bowl to get ready for the free agency period. Based on some of the talk by new Jaguars general manager David Caldwell however, I'm not inclined to think the Jaguars will be big players in free agency. "We're going to be a heavily-draft-built team," Caldwell told John Oehser of "We're going to do this from the ground up, and start with the draft. We'll supplement through free agency if we have to."
