The Amar’e Stoudemire return is right on track for tonight at Bankers Life Field House, though Knicks coach Mike Woodson slightly reduced his minutes plan. Woodson said Stoudemire would play between and 10 and 12 minutes at most in Game 3 at Bankers Life Field House, per the medical staff’s request. Two days ago, Woodson set the maximum limit at 15 minutes, giving a range of 10-to-15 minutes. Woodson indicated that 15 could be the max amount for the rest of the playoffs because of his fragile knees. When Stoudemire first returned Jan. 1 after his first knee debridement surgery on his left leg, the medical staff set a maximum of 30 minutes.
New plan for Amar'e: Woodson says he'll max out at 12 minutes in Game 3
