Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said last week that he’s hopeful his knee will be well enough for him to return to the lineup against the Ravens in Week Nine, but the only word from the Steelers about that short a timeline came when president Art Rooney II called it a best-case scenario. That changed on Tuesday. Coach Mike Tomlin said, via Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, that Roethlisberger could play against Baltimore. Roethlisberger took part in practice on Monday and Tomlin said it was a “really positive” session for the quarterback.
