The Memphis Grizzlies are actively searching to trade forward Andre Iguodala as the regular season creeps closer. Unfortunately for contenders, the asking price on the veteran wing appears to be a high one. The Denver Nuggets expressed interest in Iggy, but couldn’t bring themselves to meet the price the Grizzlies are asking for:
To this point, I’m told this is what has deterred Denver. The Nuggets have had significant interest but saw the price as too high. https://t.co/4oKWeS0x6E— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) July 12, 2019
If Denver somehow can work out a deal with Memphis, it would mean Iguodala could start his second stint in the Mile High City.
In between long stints with the Philadelphia 76ers and the Golden State Warriors, Iguodala spent the 2012-13 season with the Nuggets.
