As it turns out, T.J. Oshie wasn't the only Blues player lost to injury Thursday in Minnesota. Brenden Morrow was hurt in practice. Morrow suffered a foot injury in the team's morning skate, but the severity wasn't discovered until after he took pre-game warm-ups 30 minutes before the Blues faced the Wild. Morrow took a shot off his foot in the morning skate around noon. He was seen in the locker room afterwards and appeared OK. He suited up for warm-ups several hours later, expecting to play, but experienced discomfort and returned to the locker room for tests that showed the injury is perhaps serious. The Blues inserted Magnus Paajarvi as a late addition to the lineup in Morrow's place. The Blues will likely have to tap into their American Hockey League affiliate for call-up help prior to tonight's game against Dallas.
