St. Louis Post-Dispatch columnist Jose de Jesus Ortiz doesn't think so. Ortiz believes that Jones is worthy of Hall of Fame consideration in all but two criteria: character and integrity. In the wake of Joe Morgan's email to the Hall of Fame voters, many voters are reconsidering who they'll be electing to immortalize in Cooperstown. Steroids were the central topic of Morgan's plea, but character and integrity are the larger categories under which PED use falls.
