Jontay Porter has announced his entry into the 2019 NBA Draft.

The Missouri center broke the news in a post via Twitter on Friday, thanking those who have helped him along the way.

Porter wrote:

"I'll be declaring for the 2019 NBA Draft. I'd like to sincerely thank everyone who has helped me get to this point in my journey, especially my family, coaches and teammates. Excited for this next step!"

Porter missed the entire 2018-19 season with an ACL injury and re-tore it in March while doing rehab in Denver, Colo. The 6-10 big man averaged 9.9 points in 2017-18 as a freshman and helped the Tigers make their first NCAA tournament in five years.
