The Memphis Grizzlies will be without point guard Mike Conley for the next two weeks, as he recovers from injuries to his left heel and Achilles soreness, according to Michael Wallace of Grizzlies.com. He is slated to be re-evaluated in the next two weeks to assess his progress and impending return to the court. Conley has struggled to start the regular season, far off the torrid pace in which he commenced last season after garnering a five-year, $153 million deal — one that made him the best-paid player on the court in 2017-18. The lefty floor general is averaging 17.1 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game — a vast difference from last season’s career-best numbers, as he has been bothered by both of these injuries to start the year.
